Dolce Bella offers select products available for nationwide shipping across the United States. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days prior to shipment.

Processing times may be extended during:

  • High order volume
  • Holidays
  • Limited product releases

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.

Shipping & Delivery

Food Items

All food products are shipped using next-day delivery services to ensure maximum freshness and quality.

Once shipped, orders are expected to arrive the following business day. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Merchandise

Merchandise items are made to order and may require additional production and shipping time.

This process allows us to reduce overproduction and maintain product quality.

Packaging & Product Care

All items are packaged to maintain quality during transit.

Upon delivery:

  • Some items may require refrigeration
  • Customers are responsible for properly storing products upon arrival

Dolce Bella is not responsible for product degradation due to:

  • Delayed retrieval of delivered packages
  • Improper storage after delivery

Shipping Address & Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Dolce Bella is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error

If a package is returned or requires reshipment, additional charges may apply.

Carrier Responsibility & Delays

Once an order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier.

Dolce Bella is not responsible for delays or issues caused by:

  • Shipping carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.)
  • Weather conditions
  • Service disruptions
  • Lost, delayed, or stolen packages

All Sales Are Final

Due to the perishable and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final.

Dolce Bella does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Incorrect
  • Missing items

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and resolutions are issued at Dolce Bella’s discretion.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order is placed:

  • It cannot be modified
  • It cannot be canceled

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Product Availability

Dolce Bella reserves the right to:

  • Substitute items when necessary
  • Cancel orders due to availability issues

Customers will be notified if any changes are required.

Chargebacks & Disputes

By placing an order, you agree to this policy and acknowledge that all sales are final.

Customers agree to contact Dolce Bella directly to resolve any issues prior to initiating a chargeback.

Dolce Bella reserves the right to dispute any chargeback claims with:

  • Proof of delivery
  • Order confirmation
  • Customer agreement to this policy
