Pickup Policy Overview

Dolce Bella offers in-store pickup for select products. By placing a pickup order, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

Order Timing

All pickup orders must be placed at least 4–5 hours in advance to allow proper preparation.

Orders placed with insufficient notice may be:

  • Delayed
  • Adjusted
  • Or canceled at our discretion

Pickup Location

Customers must select their preferred Dolce Bella location at checkout.

Please ensure the correct location is selected, as orders will only be available at the chosen pickup location.

Pickup Time & Responsibility

Customers are responsible for arriving at their selected pickup time.

If you are running late, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible.

Dolce Bella is not responsible for:

  • Delays in pickup
  • Changes in product condition due to late arrival

Missed or Late Pickups

Orders not picked up within a reasonable timeframe may:

  • Not be eligible for a refund
  • Not be remade

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot guarantee quality if pickup is delayed.

Order Handling

Once an order has been picked up:

  • Responsibility transfers to the customer
  • Dolce Bella is not responsible for product condition after pickup

Please store and handle items properly after leaving the store.

All Sales Are Final

All pickup orders are final sale.

Due to the made-to-order and perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order is placed:

  • It cannot be modified
  • It cannot be canceled

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Order Issues

If there is an issue with your order at pickup, please notify our team immediately at the time of pickup so we can address it on the spot.

Issues reported after leaving the store may not be eligible for resolution.

Product Availability

Dolce Bella reserves the right to:

  • Substitute items if necessary
  • Adjust orders based on availability

Customers will be notified if any changes are required.
