From a Single Cart to a Social Media–Driven Dessert Brand

Dolce Bella was founded in 2020 by entrepreneur Brandyn Williams with a vision to bring authentic Italian ice to Long Island through a brand built on quality, experience, and personality. What began as a single Italian ice cart quickly gained attention at private events and local celebrations, where customers experienced handcrafted flavors presented in a way that felt fresh, modern, and elevated.

In 2022, Brandyn made a pivotal decision that would shape the future of Dolce Bella. Recognizing an opportunity to expand the concept, he approached Big Red with the idea of introducing a dedicated cannoli cart to complement the Italian ice experience. This move transformed Dolce Bella from a single-product offering into a more complete Italian dessert concept. With freshly filled cannoli prepared on-site and presented with the same attention to detail, the addition created a unique and memorable experience that immediately resonated with customers.

From that moment forward, Brandyn and Big Red became the driving force behind Dolce Bella. Their partnership, energy, and shared vision helped propel the brand’s growth both in person and online. Through social media, Dolce Bella quickly became a sensation, with millions of viewers following their journey and engaging with the brand’s personality, creativity, and behind-the-scenes evolution.

As the brand continued to grow, Dolce Bella expanded its offerings beyond traditional desserts. Signature creations like cannoli pudding, cannoli chips and dip, cookies dipped in cannoli cream, specialty dirty sodas, and exclusive limited-time drops helped establish Dolce Bella as an innovative and constantly evolving brand. In 2024, Dolce Bella reached a defining milestone with the opening of its Oceanside flagship storefront, the brand’s first true brick-and-mortar location.
